Jennifer partners closely with family office principals, executives, and leadership teams to align technology, operations, cyber, and governance with long-term objectives. Her work is grounded in protecting family privacy, managing risk exposure, and safeguarding reputation, while enabling thoughtful growth and operational confidence.
Her career spans family offices, life sciences, and financial services, where she has led the establishment and evolution of core IT and operational capabilities, including technology governance, cybersecurity and risk oversight, project and portfolio management, change and adoption management, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Jennifer has also guided the selective introduction of emerging technologies, including AI and advanced digital platforms, ensuring innovation is practical, secure, and aligned with organizational readiness.
Known for her collaborative and measured leadership style, Jennifer builds trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners. She brings clarity to complex environments—whether conducting operational and technology assessments, leading vendor and RFP selection processes, overseeing high-impact initiatives, or providing fractional and interim IT leadership during periods of transition.
